Next Phase: After completing the StarArena 2015 editions, it was time to optimize the manufacturing process and reduce production costs. This new quest began with StarArena T01 and was not without unnerving potholes and obstacles on the path to success. The lesson learned from StarArena T01 is that having expensive machines isn’t worth anything without experienced operators to operate them. What makes SA_T01 special is the fact that it is the very-first game-portal that was UV-printed and no longer stickered.
But something went wrong with the print, and yours-truly ended up fixing-it by adding a sticker to the base plate. Finding a trustworthy printing station was proving to be a challenging task and adding to the collection of grey hairs.
This entire game unit consists of production rejects and is not the most attractive one in the class. However, it does meet the criteria of “Playable Art” or “Art You Can Play With.”
All game portals with sequential numbering are based on the mechanical upgrades of the Second-Edition. The item and design was resized to better fit its transportation box.
